Since I was just a little girl, I have always loved baking. Back then my skills mostly consisted of licking the icing bowl or taste testing the cookie dough while my mom baked. Now I have taken on the daunting challenge of trying to master my mom's recipes and creating my own. Through a couple of classes, countless hours spent watching cake decorators on TV, and a lot practice, I have been able to develop this talent and create some delicious and beautiful cakes and cupcakes - if I do say so myself!
